Part-Time Exam InvigilatorLocation:Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Employment Type:Part-Time (Weekends: Fridays & Saturdays)Job Summary:We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Exam Invigilators to supervise examinations in Duhok. The role involves ensuring that all exam procedures are strictly followed, maintaining a secure and fair testing environment, and documenting the exam session through a comprehensive report submitted to management.Working Hours:Fridays & Saturdays onlyMinimum: 6 hours per dayMaximum: 12 hours per day (depending on exam schedule)Compensation:$15 per hourKey Responsibilities:Supervise and monitor candidates during examinations to ensure compliance with all rules and regulationsVerify candidate identity and ensure proper seating arrangements before the exam beginsObserve candidates throughout the exam to prevent cheating or misconductHandle any irregularities or incidents in accordance with exam policiesEnsure a quiet and controlled testing environment at all timesComplete a detailed exam session report, including attendance, incidents, and observationsSubmit reports promptly to management after each exam sessionQualifications & Requirements:Strong attention to detail and high level of integrityAbility to remain alert and focused for extended periodsGood communication and organizational skillsAbility to handle stressful situations calmly and professionallyPrevious experience in invigilation or administrative roles is a plusMust be available to work on Fridays and Saturdays
