Excellence SpecialistThe Excellence Specialist supports the development and implementation of the Department of Energy’s Excellence Framework. The role focuses on promoting a culture of excellence through self-assessment, analysis, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Support organizational excellence self-assessments and award programs.Analyze excellence assessment reports and identify Areas for Improvement.Assist in developing and monitoring improvement initiatives and action plans.Conduct benchmarking activities and support best practice implementation.Support workshops, awareness sessions, and training in Arabic and/or English.Prepare reports and presentations related to excellence initiatives.Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or related field.3–5 years of experience in organizational excellence, quality, or performance improvement.Knowledge of excellence models and performance frameworks.Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a government environment
