Team members collaborate closely with clients, developers, and financial partners to support informed, strategic investment decisions.Role Description The Exclusive Properties - Investment Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi. The consultant will advise clients on property investment opportunities, conduct financial and market analysis, and develop customized investment strategies for exclusive real estate portfolios. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand their goals, preparing investment proposals, coordinating property viewings, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. The role also involves monitoring market trends, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring a high level of client service and satisfaction throughout the investment lifecycle.Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance, Investments, and Investment Strategies, with the ability to analyze property-related financial data and market indicators.Experience in Financial Planning, including risk assessment, portfolio diversification, and long-term investment goal setting.Demonstrated Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication, relationship building, and client-centric advisory support.Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably in Abu Dhabi or the broader UAE region, and familiarity with property valuation concepts.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related field; professional certifications in investment or real estate are an advantage.Proficiency in common office software and CRM tools; fluency in English is required, and Arabic language skills are beneficial.
