🚀 We are scaling fast at NexTen Brands, and I’m looking for an exceptional Executive Accountant to join our A-Team!At NexTen, we are building a world-class growth engine in the D2C space, and our accounting function needs to be fast, accurate, and bulletproof. I am not just looking for someone to "process" bills - I want a proactive doer with a massive amount of common sense who understands the business logic behind the numbers.What we are looking for:High Sense of Ownership: You hate messy ledgers and take pride in balancing a reconciliation to the last decimal on the first try. Great with Numbers: Solid, hands-on experience with Zoho Books, advanced MS Excel, and full statutory compliance (GST, TDS, PF, PT). Highly Meticulous: Accounts and accuracy goes hand in hand, looking for someone who believes in and follows processes which eliminates fundamental errors. They should have mechanism to identify and fix errors.The Hustler Mindset: You are fast, efficient and accurate, and understand that in an early-stage startup, "speed is a feature."Experience: A proven track record in end-to-end bookkeeping, monthly and annual filings, accounts payable/receivable, and audit readiness.📍 Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Work from Office) ⏳ Timeline: Immediate joiners preferred!Why join us?
