As the brand continues to expand, team members benefit from regular opportunities to grow and contribute to an ambitious vision in the beauty and aesthetics sector.Role Description The Executive Accountant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.Reconcile cash, card, and online payment collections.Process supplier payments and monitor outstanding balances.Assist with monthly and year-end financial closing activities.Prepare journal entries, financial reports, and MIS reports.Support payroll accounting, employee benefits, and statutory provisions.Maintain fixed asset records and assist with inventory reconciliations.Ensure compliance with VAT, accounting standards, and internal policies.Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules and required documentation.Coordinate with internal departments QualificationsStrong financial accounting and reporting skills, including general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support management decisions and performance tracking.Experience with accounting software and ERP systems, as well as solid MS Excel skills for data handling and reporting.Knowledge of relevant accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements within the UAE or GCC region.Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a clinical business environment.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and management.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, and a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CMA) are an advantage.Prior experience in healthcare, retail, or service-oriented organizations in the GCC region is beneficial.
