We offer deep sector expertise across a full range of products and services in investment banking, equities, fixed income, asset and wealth management in the Americas, Europe and the Middle East and Asia.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day executive and administrative support to Leaders in the Technology Innovation Hub including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence management, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations.Manage stakeholder engagement and leadership governance, including scheduling leadership meetings, tracking action items, preparing agendas, and supporting effective communication across global teams.Coordinating any travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and visa requirements.Support business operations, including expense management, invoice processing, purchase orders, vendor coordination, onboarding of new hires, and liaison with HR and other support functions.Prepare executive presentations, reports, and communications, and provide project coordination support for strategic initiatives, events, and organizational programs.Track office supplies and order stationery as required.Coordinate couriers and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.Skills & Experience:7+ years of experience in an administrative / executive assistant role, ideally within financial services.Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.High attention to detail and accuracy, including data entry and record keeping.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).Experience with Concur or similar expense systems beneficial.
