Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob purposeProviding administrative and organizational support to the Chief Investment Officer to enhance the efficiency of daily operations, improve coordination and follow-up across departments, ensure the readiness of reports, meetings, and supporting materials, and facilitate timely decision-making.ResponsibilitiesManage the Chief Investment Officer’s schedule calendar and meetings.Coordinate internal and external meeting invitations and arrangements.Monitor scheduling conflicts and business priorities.Prepare visit schedules and official meeting arrangements.Follow up on the implementation of directives and decisions issued by the Chief Investment Officer.Coordinate with various departments to obtain required updates and information.Maintain tracking logs for projects, committees, and key initiatives.Prepare periodic reports on the status of completed and overdue tasks.Prepare presentations and executive materials.Collect and compile data required for periodic reports.Draft executive summaries and meeting minutes.Review document formatting and quality before submission for approval.Manage incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence.Maintain electronic filing and document archiving systems.Follow up on official letters, circulars, and requests.Ensure the confidentiality of information and documents.Prepare meeting agendas.Record meeting minutes and track action items and decisions.Coordinate with attendees and prepare required meeting materials.Follow up on the implementation of recommendations and decisions.Coordinate travel arrangements, bookings, and visits when required.Follow up on procurement requests and administrative service needs.Assist in organizing events, workshops, and corporate activities.Support special initiatives and projects of the Executive Management.Qualification & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, Office Management, or a related field3 to 6 years of experience in executive support, office management, or executive secretarial roles.Previous experience in investment companies, government entities or semi-government organizations is preferred.
