This on-site role, based in Multan, includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and organizing documents and records. The Executive Administrative Assistant will handle phone calls and emails, prepare reports and presentations, maintain files, and support office workflows with professional communication and strong clerical skills. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing confidential information with discretion, and proactively anticipating executive needs to improve efficiency and organization.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to support leadership and manage daily operations.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Phone Etiquette skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external contacts.Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including document organization, filing, data entry, and basic record management.Candidates should have proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and basic scheduling systems.Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Candidates should have the ability to handle confidential information responsibly and work independently as well as collaboratively on-site in Multan.Relevant experience in an executive or administrative support role is preferred; a diploma or degree in business, management, or a related field is an advantage.
