Executive AI Transformation LeadQatar (Open to global talent)Full package to be disclosed on a call + family benefits & schooling.Are you passionate about helping organisations turn AI strategy into real business outcomes?We're partnering with a global organisation seeking an experienced AI leader to work alongside executive stakeholders, shaping enterprise AI strategy while driving the successful delivery of high-impact AI and GenAI initiatives.This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at both strategic and technical levels advising senior leadership, identifying opportunities for innovation, and overseeing implementation from concept through to business adoption.Responsibilities:Identify high-value AI opportunities across business operations and customer-facing functions.Develop AI roadmaps, business cases and implementation plans aligned with organisational objectives.Partner with executive leadership to define and execute AI transformation strategies.Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, from discovery and solution design through to deployment and adoption.Work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution and measurable business outcomes.Promote AI governance, best practices and sustainable capability across the organisation.Requirements:At least 7 years' experience within AI, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Technology or Management Consulting.A proven track record of advising C-suite and senior executives on AI strategy, technology investment and business transformation.Recent hands-on experience delivering AI, Generative AI, Analytics or Intelligent Automation initiatives that have delivered measurable commercial or operational value.Experience owning the full lifecycle of transformation programmes—from identifying opportunities and defining strategy through to roadmap development, implementation and business adoption.Strong knowledge of modern AI technologies including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents and Copilot solutions.Experience working with Azure, AWS, Google Cloud or NVIDIA AI technologies.Public sector or government transformation experience.Arabic speaker, preferred**Please note only successful applicants will be contacted**
