The role involves managing daily administrative activities, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and document preparation for the Director. The assistant will support the Director in organizing engineering-related reports, presentations, technical documentation, and project follow-ups, ensuring information is accurate and delivered on time. Responsibilities include handling phone calls and correspondence, prioritizing inquiries, and maintaining professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role also requires preparing minutes of meetings, tracking action items, maintaining filing systems, and supporting office operations to ensure smooth workflows and efficient executive support.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for scheduling, documentation, recordkeeping, and office coordination.Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for managing calls, correspondence, and stakeholder interactions.Candidates should possess Executive Administrative Assistance experience, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and support for senior leadership.Candidates should ideally have an engineering background or familiarity with technical documentation and project workflows in engineering or construction environments.Relevant qualifications include a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, proficiency in MS Office tools, strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle confidential information with discretion.Arabic Speakers
