Based in Denver, MORE Lifestyle Management serves clients nationwide and focuses on delivering curated, seamless, and effortless luxury experiences for every client interaction.Role Description Executive and Home Managers are responsible for overseeing day-to-day household operations and providing high-level personal and executive support to clients. This full-time, on-site role in the Denver Metropolitan Area includes managing household staff and vendors, coordinating home maintenance and repairs, and ensuring properties are well-organized and efficiently run. The role involves planning and executing travel arrangements, scheduling appointments, organizing events and gatherings, and handling personal errands with discretion and professionalism. Executive and Home Managers also maintain detailed records, anticipate client needs, and proactively identify solutions to provide a consistently refined, concierge-level experience.Qualifications Experience in household management, personal assistance, or executive support, with the ability to oversee home operations and vendor relationships.Strong organizational and time-management skills, including calendar coordination, task prioritization, and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on discretion, client service, and relationship-building.Ability to plan and manage travel, events, and special projects, including coordinating logistics and ensuring seamless execution.Comfort working in luxury or high-touch service environments, with a polished, professional presence and client-centric mindset.Proficiency with common productivity tools and technology (email, calendars, task management, spreadsheets) for tracking schedules and operations.Proven reliability, integrity, and capacity to handle confidential information responsibly.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, occasional extended hours, and varied client needs in an on-site setting.Previous experience in hospitality, concierge services, property management, or related fields is beneficial.Valid driver’s license and the ability to travel locally within the Denver Metropolitan Area as needed.
