The ideal candidate will possess fluent Chinese communication skills, strong execution abilities, and high adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with frequent travel requirements. We also need an Admin Officer requiring trade industry working experience and Chinese speaking capability. Below details are for Executive Assistant. Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Business Support: Coordinate and follow up on the GM’s daily work schedule and business affairs; assist in handling ad-hoc, high-priority, and urgent assignments.Business Travel Management: Accompany the GM on business trips, including travel to Dubai, Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, and other international destinations.Itinerary & Travel Coordination: Manage travel logistics—including flight bookings, hotel reservations, local transport, meetings, and business itineraries—ensuring smooth and organized travel.Meeting & On-Site Assistance: Attend business meetings, client visits, networking events, and other professional engagements alongside the GM, providing on-site communication and event coordination.Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the daily point of contact and communication channel between the GM and clients, business partners, suppliers, and external stakeholders.Project & Task Tracking: Track and follow up on business projects, client accounts, and operational tasks as instructed by the GM, ensuring timely completion.Documentation & Information Management: Organize business files, meeting minutes, client records, and background materials, keeping track of critical action items.Information & Research Gathering: Conduct basic research, market data compilation, and business background checks as required by the GM.Crisis Management & Flexibility: Handle ad-hoc tasks and unexpected situations promptly, demonstrating fast problem-solving capabilities.Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the GM’s work schedules, business intelligence, and personal matters.Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other tasks assigned by the General Manager.Qualifications & RequirementsDemographics & Demeanor: Male, professional appearance, mature, polished, and possesses high professional standards.Language Proficiency: Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; able to conduct professional and daily business communications seamlessly in Chinese.Experience: Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Assistant to GM, Business Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Project Assistant is preferred.Education & Background: Open to all academic backgrounds; degrees in International Trade, Business Administration, International Relations, or Management are preferred.Trade Knowledge: Familiarity with customs declarations, import/export documentation, freight processes, and customs clearance procedures. Experience in metals, steel, construction materials, or bulk commodities is a plus.Mobility: Able and willing to accept high-frequency domestic and international business travel.Personal Attributes: Patient, detail-oriented, highly responsible, and meticulous.Execution: Exceptional execution ability; fast at understanding expectations and delivering prompt results.Adaptability & Resilience: High adaptability; stays calm, composed, and solution-focused under high pressure or shifting schedules.Interpersonal Skills: High Emotional Intelligence (EQ); perceptive to subtle cues, with a clear understanding of the GM’s working style and communication preferences.Work Ethic: Reliable, cooperative, service-oriented, with strong time management and multi-tasking skills.Integrity: Strict adherence to professional ethics, holding zero-tolerance for leaks of company or personal confidential information.Compensation & BenefitsMonthly Salary: AED 10,000Travel Requirement: Frequent business trips to Turkey, Kyrgyzstan, and other countries as business demands.Benefits & Travel Allowances: Negotiable during the interview process.
