The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate requirements while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality.ROLE DESCRIPTIONProvide dedicated personal and executive support to the CEO.Coordinate daily schedules, appointments, transportation, and personal arrangements.Accompany the CEO on domestic and international travel as required.Organize travel itineraries, accommodation, transfers, and related logistics.Coordinate with drivers, service providers, and other relevant personnel.Anticipate the CEO’s requirements and ensure all arrangements are handled seamlessly.Manage personal requests and time-sensitive matters with professionalism and efficiency.Maintain strict confidentiality regarding the CEO’s personal and business affairs.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSPrevious experience as a Private Butler, Executive Lifestyle Manager, Personal Assistant, or in a similar VIP support role.Experience supporting senior executives, high-profile individuals, or private clients is an advantage.Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Impeccable professional conduct, presentation, and attention to detail.Highly trustworthy, discreet, proactive, and adaptable.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally with the CEO.Flexibility to accommodate changing schedules and travel requirements.Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.Company Description Infinity Developments, a member of INFINITY Group, is Zanzibar’s leading luxury real estate developer, specializing in residential, commercial, and leisure properties with a portfolio exceeding USD 600,000,000.
