This role sits within the executive office of the group’s UHNW CEO and offers close exposure to senior stakeholders across the organisation.Job Overview:The Executive Assistant will provide dedicated one-to-one support to the CEO, across a broad range of business, board and philanthropic commitments. This role involves complex calendar and travel management, stakeholder coordination and occasional personal support in close collaboration with the CEO's Personal Assistant and family office. The ideal candidate will be highly polished, service-oriented and composed, with excellent communication skills. They should be able to engage confidently with C-suite executives, board members, VIPs and external stakeholders while juggling multiple priorities.Job Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the CEO, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination and business supportManage travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries and private aviation coordinationCoordinate the CEO's commitments across multiple boards, charities and philanthropic organisationsAct as a key point of contact for C-suite executives, internal stakeholders, external clients, board members and VIPsHandle urgent requests and ad hoc errands efficiently and with discretionProvide occasional personal support and coordinate closely with the CEO's Personal Assistant and family officeAnticipate the CEO's needs, manage competing priorities and ensure matters are followed through to completionSupport ad hoc projects and other requirements arising from the CEO's officeRequirements:At least 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally providing one-to-one support to a CEO, regional leader or similarly senior executiveProven ability to manage complex calendars, frequent travel and multiple competing prioritiesHighly polished and professional, with the confidence and gravitas to interact with senior stakeholders and VIPsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong service mindset, with prior experience in aviation, airlines, luxury hospitality or other high-touch service environments considered highly advantageous.Proactive, adaptable and resourceful, with the ability to manage urgent requests calmly and efficientlyPleasant and composed demeanour, with a strong sense of commitment and availabilityWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
