We believe in creating an inclusive, collaborative environment where talented individuals are empowered to innovate, grow, and make a meaningful impact.Job PurposeTo provide proactive, high-level executive support to our Co-Founder by managing complex schedules, communications, governance activities, and day-to-day operations with exceptional discretion and professionalism. The role serves as a trusted partner, ensuring the efficient coordination of executive priorities, facilitating effective decision-making, and enabling the Co-Founder to focus on strategic business objectives while maintaining seamless engagement with internal and external stakeholdersWhat you'llManage a complex, multi-time-zone calendar, ensuring priorities are coordinated across executive, board, investor, and leadership commitments.Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, briefing materials, and ensure the Co-Founder is fully prepared for engagements.Manage high-volume correspondence in both Arabic and English across email, messaging platforms, and formal communications.Draft, proofread, translate, and review executive communications, board papers, presentations, and official correspondence.Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment when managing competing priorities.Organize board meetings, executive meetings, and investor engagements, including agenda preparation, minute taking, action tracking, and follow-up.Coordinate complex international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, logistics, and briefing packs.Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, government representatives, investors, and external partners.Manage executive expenses, document management, hospitality arrangements, and other administrative operations.Liaise closely with Legal, Finance, Company Secretarial, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of executive priorities.Maintain absolute confidentiality while handling highly sensitive business and strategic information.What we're lookingBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, International Relations, or a related field.5–8 years of experience supporting C-level executives or senior leadership in a fast-paced corporate environment.Previous experience supporting founders, board members, or executive leadership within financial services, investment banking, private equity, or regulated industries is highly preferred.Experience working with GCC-based or Emirati leadership and a strong understanding of UAE business culture.Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken) is essential.Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce executive-level documentation.Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage senior executives, government officials, investors, and external partners.High levels of discretion, integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment when handling confidential information.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and executive productivity tools, with experience supporting board governance activities considered an advantage.BenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesHealth and wellness supportCareer development and learning opportunitiesExposure to high-impact projects and cross-functional teamsA collaborative culture that encourages innovation and ownershipSo, what does it really mean to work at First.Tech?We are building a company where people are empowered to do their best work and grow.
