Executive Assistant

We are an international business entering an important phase of growth in Doha. As we build the local team and hire across several functions, we are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to help bring structure and momentum to a fast-moving operation.Working directly with the Founder, you will provide high-level executive support and oversee the day-to-day coordination of the Doha office. You will act as a trusted link between the Founder, leadership team, employees and external partners around the world.The role will initially include elements of business and office management. As the team grows, it could evolve into a broader operational or Chief of Staff position for the right person.The role- Manage the Founder’s diary, international travel, correspondence and priorities.- Coordinate leadership and board meetings, including agendas, materials and follow-up actions.- Oversee the day-to-day running of the Doha office, including facilities and suppliers.- Support recruitment, onboarding and the employee experience as the local team expands.- Coordinate internal communications, reporting and company meetings.- Track decisions and actions, ensuring priorities continue to move forward.- Support operational and strategic projects for the Founder and executive team.- Anticipate issues, solve problems and handle sensitive information with discretion.## About youYou are organised, proactive and comfortable working closely with senior leaders in a changing environment. You combine sound judgement and attention to detail with a practical willingness to get things done.You will likely bring:- Experience supporting a Founder, CEO or senior executive.- Excellent organisation, communication and project-coordination skills.- Confidence managing multiple priorities across different countries and time zones.- Strong written and spoken English; Arabic would be an advantage.- Discretion, emotional intelligence and a high level of personal responsibility.- A flexible mindset and an interest in developing into a broader operational role.## Why join us?This is an opportunity to join at a formative stage and play an important part in building our Doha operation.
