If you have experience in high-intensity, high-stakes environments — supporting an executive, running point on complex logistics, or juggling competing priorities under pressure — and you're ready for a role that tests and sharpens your skills every day, this could be the position that takes you to the next level.What you'll do:Own the CEO's calendar in real time — resolving conflicts, protecting focus time, and weaving in urgent external meetings without missing a beatPrepare the CEO for every meeting: materials, background, agendas, and logistics, so nothing is left to chanceKeep the CEO on schedule throughout the day, coordinating internal teams and greeting external stakeholders with polishPlan a full year of recurring commitments in advance — board meetings, leadership events, organization-wide gatherings — down to the smallest detailServe as a trusted voice on the CEO's behalf, drafting communications and representing the CEO's intent with precisionHandle the CEO's administrative and financial needs, from expenses and invoices to travel and records – while working in conjunction with, and reporting into, CEO’s Chief of StaffSupport event planning and external stakeholder engagement, including politically sensitive, high-visibility situations that call for excellent judgmentYou are:Energized by speed and intensity, not overwhelmed by it — you want to be in the office, in the room, and in the mixA fast learner who takes structure and feedback seriously — you welcome direct, candid, even blunt feedback and use it to improve rather than take it personallyLow-ego and endlessly resourceful — equally comfortable managing a high-stakes meeting or handling a last-minute errandA sharp communicator with excellent judgment and impeccable writingSomeone who has already proven, in 5–10 years of intensive professional experience, that you can operate at a senior level and are ready to be trusted with moreWell educated with a minimum of a Bachelors degree and a strong academic record idealThis is a mission-driven organization — not political, not religious — but built with the discipline, pace, and standards of a high-growth company.
