They are now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director. We are seeking someone who approaches each day with energy, positivity, and a genuine commitment to making a difference. You will play a key role in fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. You will anticipate needs, plan ahead, set clear expectations, and communicate with clarity and composure. You will manage a busy calendar, co-ordinate meetings, organise travel, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully handled. Key Responsibilities Include: Provide high-level business support to the MD, including expert diary management, organise a high volume of meetings, and manage multiple inboxes.Co-ordinate internal and external travel, accommodation, and national and international event logistics.Prepare meeting agendas, daily briefing packs, and ensure all materials are ready ahead of time.Attend key meetings, track action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Conduct research, draft presentations, and manage both physical and electronic filing systems. Support other Executives with ad hoc administrative needs as required.You will be highly organised, able to juggle competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment. An outstanding communicator, both verbally and written, you will be proactive, reliable, and solutions-focused, with a strong sense of accountability. You will have excellent Microsoft office skills including PowerPoint. You are emotionally mature, resilient, and passionate about supporting others. Naturally, you will operate with integrity and discretion to handle sensitive information confidently.Your background will be from supporting and working with a CEO, Founder or Family Office background. Ideally someone that has worked in a fast-paced business and organisation that has gone through rapid growth and expansion. Ideally not a strict corporate background would be the preferred industry experience, so this could be retail, leisure, tourism, media, hospitality or related environment.
