قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجFirst Sentier Group is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial & Strategy Officer and Chief People Officer in our Sydney office. This is a critical support role where you will manage complex diaries, coordinate travel and expenses, and ensure senior leadership priorities run smoothly.Your day to day:Manage complex diaries with foresight, anticipating priorities, decision points, and workflow peaks.Arrange domestic and international travel (including itineraries, accommodation, transfers, and changes across time zones).Provide proactive executive support to the Chief Financial & Strategy Officer and Chief People Officer, ensuring their time and priorities are optimised.Partner with the EA to the CEO to operate as a coordinated “one office,” aligning schedules, communications, and executive coverage.Manage inboxes, expenses, and support preparation of high-quality presentations and reports.Coordinate inductions, global team meetings, and engagement activities across Finance & Strategy and People & Culture.Handle sensitive information with discretion, sound judgement, and appropriate escalation.Your experience & skillsProven experience as a C-suite Executive Assistant in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and a track record supporting senior stakeholders.Able to handle sensitive information with discretion while building strong relationships across all levels.Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines, re-plan as needed, and deliver with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Proactive and independent, using sound judgement and escalating issues where appropriate.Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint) with basic Excel for tracking.Financial Services and/or Investment Management experience is desirable but not essential.About usFirst Sentier Group is a global asset management group providing high quality, differentiated and relevant investment capabilities aiming to deliver exceptional investment performance for our clients and profitable growth for our shareholder.We do this through our independent teams of active, specialist investors who share a common commitment to responsible investment principles.
