With a consistent team, they offer a high-performance, collegiate environment where this role will play a critical part in keeping the business running seamlessly.The OpportunityThis is a pivotal Executive Assistant role supporting a team of 6 within the Private Equity team, ranging from Managing Director level through to Associate. Operating at the heart of the business, you will act as a true right hand, ensuring priorities are aligned, time is optimised, and the day-to-day runs with precision. You will join a team of EAs to offer an internal network and coverage when needed. This is a fast-paced, high-touch environment suited to an EA who thrives under pressure, enjoys being across everything, and takes pride in anticipating needs before they arise.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support & Diary ManagementComplex diary management for a Managing Director and Director, balancing competing prioritiesProactively manage scheduling, anticipating conflicts and resolving issues before they ariseCoordinate internal and external meetings, including senior stakeholders and clientsAct as a key point of contact, managing calls, correspondence, and inbox flowTravel, Events & OperationsEnd-to-end coordination of domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries for the teamOrganise client and investor meetings, events, including logistics, venues, and cateringSupport the broader team with ad hoc coordination and operational requirementsAbout You5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within financial services, private equity, investment banking, or a similarly fast-paced environmentStrong commercial awareness with the ability to understand business priorities and operate accordinglyProven ability to support multiple senior stakeholders in a high-pressure environmentHighly organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management skillsConfident communicator with strong written and verbal skillsProactive, solutions-oriented, and comfortable working with shifting prioritiesAdvanced proficiency across Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Why This RoleThis is an opportunity to join a high-performing investment team where you will be trusted, valued, and embedded in the business.
