Working alongside their Chief of Staff, you'll become a trusted partner responsible for ensuring the smooth running of an international schedule whilst supporting a network of senior leaders, government representatives and high-profile stakeholders.🌟 The RoleThis is a traditional Executive Assistant role with a focus on diary management, international travel, stakeholder engagement and executive support.Key responsibilities will include:Managing a complex and ever-changing diary across multiple international time zonesCoordinating extensive international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas and ground transportManaging emails, invitations, correspondence and key communicationsDrafting professional communications on behalf of the principalActing as a key liaison with senior stakeholders, business leaders and VIP contactsPreparing documents, meeting materials and briefing packsMaintaining contact databases and important recordsCoordinating occasional personal and household-related mattersLiaising with drivers, suppliers and external service providersProviding seamless support with exceptional attention to detail👤 About YouWe're looking for someone who is naturally organised, discreet and proactive, with the confidence to work independently and anticipate needs before they arise.You'll likely have:2-5+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar support roleExperience supporting a senior executive, founder, principal or high-profile individualStrong diary management and international travel coordination experienceExcellent written communication skills with the ability to draft polished, professional emailsExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsA professional, polished and highly discreet approachThe ability to manage multiple competing priorities with minimal supervisionConfidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot or similar productivity platformsA proactive, solutions-focused mindset🤝 The EnvironmentThis is a small private office rather than a large corporate environment, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working autonomously and taking ownership of their workload.You'll be supporting a principal who is widely regarded as respectful, personable and considerate, whilst gaining exposure to an influential global network spanning business, government, philanthropy and social impact.The role offers a busy and varied workload, but within a professional and collaborative environment where trust, discretion and good judgement are highly valued.
