Working at Gate 8 offers the opportunity to contribute to technology that improves transparency and outcomes in healthcare.Role Description The Executive Assistant role at Gate 8 AI Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role provides comprehensive executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will organize and maintain documentation, draft and edit correspondence and presentations, and ensure timely follow-up on executive action items. Daily responsibilities include serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling confidential information with discretion, and supporting the coordination of leadership meetings and events. The role requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination.Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and office coordination skills to manage documents, logistics, and day-to-day operations.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for interacting with executives, team members, and external partners, both in writing and verbally.Candidates should possess experience preparing and reconciling Expense Reports and handling basic financial and travel-related documentation.Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), excellent time management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, and prior experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives, are preferred.
