This is far more than diary management: you'll run the operational engine around both founders — calendars, correspondence, travel, meetings, vendors, office administration, events, procurement and a steady stream of projects that don't fit neatly anywhere else. In a startup moving at launch speed, you'll be the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a high-trust role for someone exceptionally organised, resourceful, and unflappable — you'll see sensitive commercial information daily and be expected to handle it with total discretion. What You'll Do•   Manage both executives' calendars: scheduling, prioritisation, conflict resolution, and protecting focus time across two demanding diaries•   Coordinate meetings across Nigeria, UK, and European time zones with partners, regulators, advisors, and vendors•   Prepare meeting agendas, briefing notes, and follow-up action trackers — and chase owners until items close•   Manage travel end to end for both executives: flights, visas, accommodation, and itineraries•   Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO and COO•   Run day-to-day office administration: supplies, facilities, equipment, and front-of-house coordination•   Manage vendors, procurement and service providers — sourcing quotes, negotiating, tracking contracts and renewals, and chasing deliverables•   Handle expense reporting, invoice tracking, petty cash, and document filing for the executive office•   Coordinate board meetings, leadership offsites, team events, and company celebrations•   Support recruitment logistics: interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding coordination alongside HR•   Take on ad-hoc projects and errands as directed — research, vendor comparisons, document preparation, deliveries, and whatever the day demands•   Act as a professional first point of contact for external stakeholders reaching either executive•   Maintain strict confidentiality across all commercial, legal, and personnel mattersWhat We're Looking For·      3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or office manager supporting senior executives — supporting more than one principal is a strong advantage·      Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, with a strategic, big-picture mindset and a track record of juggling competing priorities across multiple stakeholders without dropping anything·      Excellent written and spoken English, both in person and online: clear, professional, and confident in representing someone else's voice·      Proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, with strong Excel skills (formulas, data handling, clean formatting) being essential, and comfort learning new tools quickly·      Proactive, resourceful, and hands-on: you anticipate needs, spot problems early, work through ambiguity, and act without waiting to be asked·      A fast learner with strong research skills and a multidisciplinary mind — comfortable picking up unfamiliar subjects quickly and operating independently with minimal oversight·      Absolute discretion, trustworthiness, and professional maturity in handling confidential and personal matters·      Calm, structured execution under pressure, shifting priorities, and two sets of demands·      Availability for flexibility outside standard hours when critical matters demand it·      A Bachelor's degree in any disciplineNice to Have•   Experience supporting founders or C-suite in a startup or high-growth environment•   A background or qualification in finance or legal disciplines•   Office management or operations experience alongside EA duties•   Exposure to a regulated industry (gaming, financial services) and formal stakeholder correspondence•   Experience coordinating international travel and visa processes•   Basic project management skills (Notion, Asana, Trello, or similar)•   Event planning experience•   Creativity, and interest in social media
