Support with the preparation of presentations and other meeting materials when necessaryMaintain and update the CRM system, ensuring that relevant information, activities, follow-ups and records are accurately and consistently recordedSupport the management of the ME Regional Head’s professional social media presence, particularly LinkedIn, including managing and coordinating social media activities and ensuring information is kept up to date where requiredHandle occasional administrative communication with clients, limited to informing them of bureaucratic or logistical matters when necessaryRequirements:Relevant tertiary qualification in Executive Assistance, Business Administration and/or Project Management is advantageousMinimum 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant role supporting Executives in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite at an advanced levelExcellent English communication skills, both verbal and writtenExperience with CRM systems and professional social media - platforms, particularly LinkedIn, would be advantageousThis is a fully office-based position and requires the successful candidate to work from the office 5 days a week Join our team and be part of an organization that values innovation, fosters collaboration, and believes in the potential of its employees.
