The Faridabad location offers exposure to large-scale manufacturing and corporate functions.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive Assistant role based in Faridabad, Haryana. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodations. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations, organizing documentation, handling expense reports, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves managing internal and external communication, drafting correspondence, and ensuring timely follow-up on actions and commitments. The Executive Assistant will also coordinate meetings and events, support confidential projects, and work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth executive operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential correspondence handling.Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance skills, such as document preparation, data entry, record keeping, and office coordination.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional interaction with stakeholders at all levels.Candidates should possess the ability to prepare and manage Expense Reports accurately, with attention to detail and adherence to company policies.Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, email, scheduling tools) and comfort working with digital documentation systems.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within a corporate or industrial environment.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
