Executive Assistant to Founder — London (onsite)We're recruiting on behalf of our client: a founder running a family office alongside a growing demi-fine jewellery brand.This is a genuinely varied role. No two days look the same, and the person in this seat needs to be comfortable with that — not just say they are at interview. You'll be the first point of contact for the founder's diary, inbox and day-to-day operations across both businesses, working closely with senior team members.What you'll be doingManaging a complex, constantly shifting calendar across several time zonesActing as gatekeeper and first responder for emails, calls and messages, triaging what needs attention now and what can waitCoordinating travel, logistics and meetings, often at short noticeLiaising with the wider team to keep things moving without needing everything spelled outHandling business and personal admin — this is a founder role, not a 9-to-5 corporate onePreparing briefing notes, documents and correspondenceManaging confidential information with discretionAnticipating what's needed before being askedWhat we're looking forProven EA or PA experience supporting a senior executive or founder, ideally somewhere fast-paced or entrepreneurialFast, reliable responsiveness, including outside standard hours when something is genuinely time-sensitive. This one is non-negotiable and we'd rather discuss it honestly upfrontExcellent written and verbal communicationHigh discretion and sound judgementComfortable working across a family office and an operating business at onceProactive rather than reactiveStrong organisational skills and calm under pressureBased in or able to commute easily to LondonNice to haveExperience in luxury retail, jewellery or family office settings, and familiarity with international travel coordination.Package: £40-45k + Bonus (some flex for experienced candidates)
