Executive Assistant to the Chief Innovation OfficerFull-Time / Permanent Role – Midtown Manhattan, NYC HQOverviewOur client, a fast-growing venture capital firm based in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking a sharp, poised, and highly capable Executive Assistant to support their Chief Innovation Officer.This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, resourceful professional with a proven track record of supporting senior executives. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, managing critical priorities, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining strong communication across the organization.Core ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative and operational support, including complex calendar management, scheduling, and prioritizationAct as a liaison between executive leadership and internal/external stakeholders, handling all communications with professionalism and discretionDraft, edit, and manage executive-level correspondence, reports, and internal communicationsTrack cross-functional projects, key deliverables, and action items to ensure seamless executionCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and detailed itinerariesProcess expense reports and handle time-sensitive administrative requestsQualificationsHands on experience supporting a C-suite executive in a fast-paced environmentExceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with executive presence and professionalismStrong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple prioritiesHigh degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential mattersTech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and other business platformsCalm under pressure, proactive, and solutions-focusedWhat’s Offered:Annual bonus401K with employer matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance (starting Day 1)Generous PTO and paid holidaysExceptional team culture with long-term growth opportunity
