We work closely with experienced and qualified professionals across a wide range of industry sectors, delivering bespoke recruitment solutions on a variety of roles for mid and senior level.As Reed Turkey, we are currently looking for an "Executive Assistant" for our global client.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative support role (preferably with direct support experience to the General Manager)Excellent command of written and spoken English.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset.Experience in calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting organization.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Availability to live / reside in İzmirKey ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the General Manager.Manage and coordinate the General Manager's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.Prepare presentations, reports, meeting agendas, and correspondence.Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and requests.Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring smooth communication among stakeholders.Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.Support the preparation of business reports, executive summaries, and strategic documents.Act as a liaison between the General Manager and internal departments, customers, partners, and external stakeholders.Organize company events, leadership meetings, and executive visits when required.Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and confidential documentation.Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.Assist in special projects and initiatives as directed by the General Manager.
