The Opportunity:We are looking for a full-time Executive AssistantThe Job Description:Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:· Calendar management and meeting coordination· Answer calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner· Draft and send correspondence to clients and CRA· Assist with sending client invoices, statements and AR account maintenance· Take minutes for internal meetings· Process financial statements· Process and e-file tax forms· Process letters and resolutionsThe Qualifications:Minimum of five years’ experience in a professional environment; experience in an Accounting firm would be considered an assetIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CaseWare, CaseView, TaxPrep, iFirm, DocuSign and/or Adobe would be considered an assetHigh attention to detail is essentialAbility to multi-task, work independently, meet deadlines and adapt quicklyExceptional organizational and communication skillsHigh standard of integrity and commitment to exceptional client serviceAbility to act professionally in a busy environment and handle confidential information appropriatelyThe RB Difference:Competitive salary, annual profit-sharing plan & paid overtime (or time off in lieu)Comprehensive benefits package that includes Health & Wellness Spending Account and Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Three weeks of vacation to start & paid personal daysFlexible work arrangements and reduced summer hoursCommitment to continued professional developmentWork culture that fosters transparent communication, inclusion, personal growth, integrity and teamworkOpportunities to be involved in various social, community and fundraising events throughout the yearAnnual salary range: $60,000 - $80,000To be considered for this position, please submit your cover letter and resume, attn: Human Resources, at careers@rolfebenson.com.
