The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and executive support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel, and preparing expense reports. The role involves drafting and reviewing correspondence, maintaining records and files, coordinating internal and external communications, and supporting the preparation of presentations and reports. The Executive Assistant will liaise with stakeholders, ensure timely follow-ups on action items, and help streamline office operations to enable senior leadership to focus on strategic priorities. The individual will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality, demonstrate professionalism, and represent the company in a polished manner.QualificationsStrong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.Experience with Administrative Assistance tasks such as document preparation, filing, office coordination, and general clerical support.Proficiency in managing Expense Reports, including tracking costs, reconciling receipts, and supporting budgeting processes.Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with senior leadership and external partners.High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in handling confidential information.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks.Comfort with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office, calendar and conferencing platforms); experience in real estate or professional services is an advantage.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Share your CV : hr@anarock.me
