We're growing, and we're looking for a sharp, dependable Administrative Assistant to support our CEO and Head of Operations.The OpportunityThis is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain a front-row seat to how a growing company operates. As Executive Assistant to the CEO & Head of Operations, you'll be the organizational backbone that keeps our leadership team running smoothly - managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling the day-to-day details that let our leaders focus on growing the business.This is an in-person role based in Pittsburgh, PA. If you're detail-oriented, discreet, and energized by variety and fast-moving priorities, this role is built for you.What You'll DoYou'll work directly with the CEO and Head of Operations, providing high-level administrative support across a range of responsibilities.Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination for the CEO and Head of OperationsPrepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and internal communicationsOrganize and maintain files, records, and documentationCoordinate travel arrangements as neededServe as a liaison between leadership, store teams, and outside partnersTrack and follow up on action items to ensure deadlines are metAssist with special projects, research, and administrative tasks as they ariseHandle sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and discretionAbout YouWe're seeking a motivated, highly organized individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
