This is a unique opportunity to become a trusted member of a close-knit team, gain exposure to high-level business operations, and work on a wide variety of projects—from investments and real estate ventures to event planning and family office administration.Position SummaryThe Executive Personal Assistant will serve as a strategic partner and problem solver, helping manage complex business and personal priorities for two executives. Responsibilities will range from executive support and travel coordination to financial administration, vendor management, legal coordination, special projects, and family office support.Success in this role requires exceptional organization, strong judgment, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to independently solve problems while maintaining clear communication.Key ResponsibilitiesManage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangementsCoordinate domestic and international travel logisticsPlan and execute meetings, events, and special projectsProcess wire transfers and assist with financial administrationCoordinate with accountants, attorneys, insurance providers, and outside advisorsSupport audit, tax, and entity administration activitiesAssist with contract management and document organizationResearch and engage professional service providers, including legal and recruiting firmsOversee insurance renewals and administrative filingsCoordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providersManage personal and business related projects simultaneouslyAnticipate issues before they arise and proactively implement solutionsHandle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalismRequired QualificationsFluency in spoken and written Mandarin, including reading proficiency7+ years of Executive Assistant, Executive Personal Assistant, Family Office, or similar experienceProven experience supporting senior executives, business owners, ultra high net worth individuals, or family office environmentsStrong project management and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong financial and administrative aptitudeAbility to work independently and solve problems with minimal directionAuthorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
