In this role, you will provide high-level administrative, organizational, and strategic support, helping leaders manage complex schedules, shifting priorities, and sensitive information with confidence and discretion. You'll act as a trusted partner to the executives, enabling them to focus on strategic objectives while contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced, and high-performing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive Support Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, travel, and appointmentsServe as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholdersPrepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materialsAnticipate executive needs and proactively address prioritiesCommunication & CoordinationDraft and edit correspondence, emails, and internal communicationsCoordinate meetings, board sessions, and executive eventsTrack action items and follow up on deliverablesAdministrative & Operational SupportMaintain confidential records, files, and documentationProcess expense reports, invoices, and reimbursementsSupport special projects and cross-functional initiativesAssist with onboarding senior leadership or board membersInformation & Time ManagementPrioritize and manage competing requestsFilter and respond to inquiries on behalf of executivesMaintain accurate records and systemsQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar senior administrative roleExceptional organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detailHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentialityExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointExperience managing executive calendars and virtual meetings using Outlook, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google MeetFamiliarity with document management tools such as OneDrive, Dropbox, and online travel booking platformsExposure to ERP, CRM, or internal administrative systems is a plus
