Location: Montreal, QCIndustry: TravelPosition: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $90,000–$120,000, based on experience + group insurance, travel perks, parking, vacations, + more.

Travel: Minimal travel may be requiredAbout the RoleWe are looking for a solid, reliable and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the President of a growing travel company.This is a true right-hand role for someone who is proactive, dependable and comfortable working closely with a senior executive. The ideal candidate is someone the President can fully trust to stay on top of details, manage priorities and keep things moving.You’ll be involved in everything from managing the President’s calendar and coordinating meetings to organizing travel plans, bookings and follow-ups. Discretion, good judgment and reliability are extremely important in this position.ResponsibilitiesAct as the President’s right hand, providing day-to-day executive and administrative supportManage and coordinate the President’s calendar, meetings and appointmentsSchedule internal and external meetings and ensure the President is well preparedCoordinate business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation and detailed itinerariesMake and manage various bookings and reservationsPrepare meeting notes, take minutes when required and follow up on action itemsHelp organize and prioritize the President’s day-to-day activitiesPrepare documents, correspondence, presentations and other materials as neededFollow up with internal teams, clients, partners and external contacts on behalf of the PresidentKeep track of important deadlines, commitments and follow-upsHandle confidential and sensitive information with discretionAnticipate needs and take care of details before they become issuesSupport special projects and other priorities as they come upWhat We’re Looking For3–5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or in a similar senior administrative roleHighly organized with excellent attention to detailStrong time management and ability to manage multiple prioritiesReliable, dependable and trustworthyProactive and comfortable taking initiative without needing constant directionStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional, polished and comfortable dealing with senior executives and external contactsStrong follow-up skills — you don't let things fall through the cracksComfortable managing schedules, bookings and travel arrangementsAbility to handle confidential information with discretionFlexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentStrong judgment and common senseExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBilingual French/English is an asset
