Underpinned by the financial strength and global reach of our parent company, Arada, we deliver landmark residential, mixed-use, commercial and healthcare projects across the UAE.About the roleBased in Dubai Festival City, the Executive Assistant will play a key role supporting the CEO and General Manager, managing critical priorities and helping keep a fast-growing business running smoothly. You’ll provide high-level administrative and organisational support, ensuring leadership activities, meetings and communications are well coordinated, while building strong relationships across Roberts Co leadership, project teams and our parent company, Arada. This role will be critical in keeping the leadership team connected, organised and operating effectively.Key responsibilitiesProactively manage two diaries, inboxes and competing prioritiesCoordinate leadership, board and committee meetings from planning through to delivery, including agendas, papers, minutes and action trackingPrepare presentations, reports and briefing materials for senior stakeholders, including Arada executives and clientsOrganise leadership events, offsites, site visits, and regional and international travelBuild strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, internally and externallyManage expenses, invoices, approvals and general administrative processesSupport onboarding, people-related activities and team coordinationDrive improvements to systems, processes and ways of workingHandle confidential information with professionalism and discretionAbout you8+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-suite or senior leaders in a fast-paced environmentConstruction, property or professional services experience, ideally in the UAE or GCCProven ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver to tight deadlinesStrong stakeholder management and communication skills; Arabic is an advantageHighly organised, proactive and adaptableHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to qualityStrong Microsoft 365 and systems proficiencyProfessional, discreet and customer-focused approachWhy work with us?We’re committed to building an inclusive and diverse workplace where everyone feels valued.
