Run the CEO's diary across time zones, protect focus time, and say "no" gracefully on their behalf.Be the gatekeeper and the bridge. Screen and prioritize requests, and serve as the trusted link between the CEO, the board, the leadership team, clients and partners.Make every meeting count. Prepare agendas, briefing packs and presentations; take minutes; and chase action items until they close.Move the CEO around the world. Plan international travel end to end, including flights, visas, hotels, itineraries and contingency plans.Run the leadership rhythm. Coordinate board meetings, leadership offsites, reviews and high-profile client visits.Handle what's confidential. Manage sensitive correspondence, contracts and information with complete discretion.Get ahead of things. Spot conflicts, gaps and risks before they surface, and flag them with a proposed fix.Own special projects. Take on strategic initiatives and research assigned by the CEO, from first draft to finish.Work smarter with tech and AI.
