قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجJob Description & Responsibilities | Executive Assistant - EAAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive, commercially minded, and highly organized Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to provide strategic and operational support and contribute to the effective execution of the company’s business priorities.The role will serve as a key coordination point between the Managing Director, senior management, internal departments, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating business initiatives, monitoring key action items, preparing management reports and presentations, conducting business research, and ensuring timely follow-up on strategic decisions.Key Areas of Responsibility1. Executive & Strategic Support· Provide high-level support to the Managing Director in managing strategic priorities and business objectives.· Assist in translating management priorities and decisions into actionable follow-up across relevant departments.· Conduct research, analyze information, and prepare insights, reports, and presentations to support business decisions.· Proactively identify matters requiring the Managing Director’s attention and ensure appropriate follow-up.2. Business Operations & Coordination· Coordinate cross-functional business activities and initiatives assigned by the Managing Director.· Monitor key action items, deadlines, and deliverables and follow up with responsible stakeholders.· Consolidate updates from different departments and provide clear and timely status reports to the Managing Director.· Facilitate effective communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.· Support the coordination and execution of management initiatives in line with the company’s business strategy.3. Management Meetings & Governance · Coordinate management, board, and strategic business meetings, including agendas, meeting materials, minutes, and action tracking.· Prepare briefing documents and management presentations ahead of important meetings.· Maintain a structured record of key decisions, commitments, and follow-up actions.· Ensure timely circulation and appropriate handling of confidential management information.4. Executive Office Management· Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and business engagements.· Prioritize schedules based on business importance and urgency.· Manage correspondence, communications, documents, and executive records.· Maintain an organized and efficient filing and information management system.· Coordinate business travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and visa requirements.5. Stakeholder Management· Coordinate professionally with senior management, department heads, clients, business partners, and other key stakeholders.· Represent the Managing Director’s office professionally in day-to-day coordination and communication.· Screen and prioritize inquiries, requests, and communications requiring the Managing Director’s attention.· Maintain strong working relationships while exercising appropriate discretion and confidentiality.Success in This RoleSuccess in this position will be demonstrated through the ability to:· Keep the Managing Director focused on high-priority strategic and business matters.· Ensure important decisions and initiatives are followed through effectively.· Provide accurate, timely, and relevant information for management decision-making.· Improve coordination and communication across departments.· Anticipate the Managing Director’s requirements and proactively address potential issues.· Maintain a high standard of confidentiality, professionalism, accuracy, and reliability.· Contribute to the smooth and effective execution of the company’s business priorities.Requirements· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
