Its goal is to prepare students to face challenges with competence, resilience, and integrity.Role Description The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Pro Vice Chairman (PVC) is a full-time, on-site role based at Delhi Public School Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram. The EA will manage the PVC’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate travel and accommodation, and ensure timely preparation of agendas and documentation. Daily responsibilities include drafting and reviewing correspondence, maintaining records, preparing expense reports, and supporting the PVC in managing key initiatives and stakeholder relationships. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, parents, and external partners, organizing events and meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion. The EA will also provide proactive executive support by tracking action items, following up on commitments, and ensuring smooth administrative operations in the PVC’s office.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills to manage schedules, documentation, and office workflows efficiently.Candidates should possess solid Executive Support and Expense Reports skills to handle day-to-day support functions, financial tracking, and reporting for the PVC.Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and professional correspondence.Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership, preferably in an educational or service-oriented organization.Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to meet deadlines.Proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office Suite, email and calendar applications) and comfort with digital collaboration platforms.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion, demonstrate sound judgment, and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in administration, management, or education-related fields is an advantage.
