Job Title: Executive/Assistant Manager Plant HRLocation: Pantnagar, UttarakhandExperience: Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing or plant environment.Qualification: MBA Human ResourcesRole ObjectiveTo support the business in implementing key strategic HR initiatives by ensuring seamless delivery across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compliance, and HR Operations.Key ResponsibilitiesContract Labour ManagementManage contractor manpower deployment as per approved budgets and operational requirements.Generate and maintain daily attendance and manpower MIS.Process and validate contract labour payroll inputs.Verify contractor invoices and coordinate timely wage disbursement.Handle contract labour grievances and employee concerns.Conduct contractor compliance checks in line with statutory and company requirements.Employee Lifecycle ManagementManage employee joining formalities, onboarding, and induction.Prepare and validate payroll inputs through HR systems.Maintain HR documentation and ensure readiness for ISO and statutory audits.Drive Training & Development initiatives, including Training Need Identification (TNI) and annual training calendars.Coordinate skill-development and employee-training programs.Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives.HR AdministrationOversee employee welfare services including canteen and transportation.Manage biometric and attendance management systems.Prepare attendance and overtime MIS.Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams for smooth HR operations.Apprenticeship ManagementRecruit NAPS/NATS apprentices based on allocated quotas and business requirements.Source trainees through campus drives and other recruitment initiatives.Manage apprentice induction and training.Ensure compliance with the Apprenticeship Act and related statutory requirements.Manage payroll and DBT processes for apprentices.Complete hiring and onboarding activities within HR systems.Diversity & InclusionAct as SPOC for diversity initiatives and inclusion programs.Track and report progress against defined diversity goals.Coordinate awareness sessions, training programs, campaigns, and events.Maintain accurate HR records and diversity-related data.Key SkillsPlant HRContract Labour ManagementHR OperationsEmployee Lifecycle ManagementEmployee RelationsLabour Law & Statutory CompliancePayroll ManagementAttendance ManagementHR MISTalent AcquisitionTraining & DevelopmentEmployee EngagementApprenticeship Management NAPS/NATSIndustrial RelationsStakeholder ManagementHR Systems / HRMSDesired AttributesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAnalytical mindsetStrong stakeholder-management skillsLearning agilityProcess-oriented approach
