Role Overview:We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and mature Executive Assistant to the MENA Group CEO to work closely with the CEO and support the effective management of priorities across the Group.This is more than a traditional EA role. The successful candidate will become a trusted partner to the CEO, helping coordinate business priorities, projects, legal follow-up, meetings, and key actions across the Group.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, priorities, and travel arrangements.Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.Track CEO decisions, action points, deadlines, and follow-ups.Coordinate with management and employees across the Group to ensure priorities are executed.Coordinate recruitment processes and follow up with HR and hiring managers.Coordinate with PRO teams regarding licenses, visas, government requirements, and renewals.Coordinate with external lawyers and track contracts, legal matters, and outstanding actions.Support the CEO with special projects, business initiatives, and operational matters.Handle highly confidential business, employee, and corporate information.Help ensure important matters do not fall through the cracks.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant, Executive Office, Business Coordinator, or similar roles.Previous experience supporting a CEO, Founder, Managing Director, or senior executive is highly preferred.Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.Strong written and spoken English.Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High level of discretion, maturity, and professionalism.Ability to work independently and take ownership.Arabic speaking is Plus Experience working in a technology, digital, AI, software, or startup environment.Business or finance educational background.Experience coordinating office management Activities The Right PersonWe are looking for someone who is proactive rather than reactive, highly dependable, and comfortable working directly with senior leadership.You should be someone who naturally follows up, anticipates what the CEO will need, understands priorities, and is not afraid to take ownership.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced EA who wants to move beyond traditional administrative support and become an important part of the CEO Office and Group management environment.
