قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAtomic Recruitment – Executive Assistant / Secretary (6k, Central)Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: SGD 4,000–6,000 per monthRole OverviewThe Executive Assistant will provide a broad range of administrative and secretarial support to the CEO, C-suite, and wider team. This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while providing high-quality administrative, organisational, and coordination support.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportProvide secretarial and administrative support to the C-suite and wider team. Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and travel documentation. Maintain executives' contact lists and administrative records. Manage document administration, including printing, binding, copying, courier arrangements, and filing. Oversee subscriptions and memberships and track relevant administrative deadlines. Coordinate document execution, including printing, scanning, affixing company stamps, and mailing. Legal & Compliance SupportSupport the Legal and Compliance team with routine administrative matters. Assist with third-party due diligence checks and regulatory filings. Coordinate documentation for external KYC and audit requests. Finance & Operational SupportSupport the Finance team with data entry and preparation of weekly/monthly reports. Maintain records and invoices and assist with bank account opening documentation. Provide general administrative and operational support to the office and wider team. Assist with event organisation and other ad hoc duties as required. RequirementsMinimum O-Level / Diploma qualification in any discipline. At least 1 year of secretarial experience, preferably within a professional services or legal environment. Well-organised and meticulous, with strong problem-solving skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and resourcefulness. Professional, people-oriented, collaborative, and willing to learn. Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
