Please find below the details of the role and its responsibilities.Skills Required:Executive Assistant, EAJob Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a master at multitasking, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and handle confidential information with the utmost discretion. This role is essential in ensuring the executive’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Manage executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsPrepare internal and external communications, presentations, reports, and other documentsScreen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondenceCoordinate and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation, note-taking, and follow-upLiaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executiveHandle expense reports, reimbursements, and budget trackingConduct research and compile briefing materials as neededMaintain strict confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriatelyQualifications:Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative roleExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong written and verbal communication abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteDiscretion and professionalism in handling confidential informationAbility to anticipate needs and think criticallyPreferred Skills:Experience supporting C-level executivesFamiliarity with project management toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility in a dynamic work environment
