We’re looking for a warm, highly organized, and dependable Executive Assistant to work directly with our CEO/Owner and become an important part of our team.We’re a small, close-knit company, so finding the right person matters to us. We need someone who thinks ahead, takes initiative, has great follow-through, and enjoys keeping things organized in a busy environment.What You’ll DoManage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and schedulingOrganize priorities, deadlines, and follow-upsDraft emails, correspondence, documents, and presentationsKeep track of outstanding items and make sure nothing falls through the cracksCoordinate meetings, events, and occasional travelAssist with company projects, marketing, and business developmentCommunicate professionally with clients, property owners, vendors, and our teamAssist with occasional executive and personal tasks as neededHelp create better organization and efficiency as the company continues to growWho We’re Looking ForPrevious Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Office Manager, or similar experienceHighly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-throughStrong written and verbal communication skillsFriendly, professional, dependable, and discreetComfortable working independently and taking initiativeSomeone who notices what needs to be done and jumps in to helpStrong computer and technology skillsMicrosoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams experience preferredCommercial real estate or property management experience is a plusWe’re looking for someone who wants to become a trusted right hand to a busy business owner and be part of a small company where their work is valued and their role can grow over time.Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week with potential to grow
