قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly capable, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing international group with significant cross-border operations spanning Asia, Europe, and beyond. This is a high-impact role working directly alongside senior leadership, with exposure to board-level interactions, government engagements, and global business coordination.The successful candidate will be based in Singapore and will serve as the primary point of support for the CEO and other senior executives visiting the region. This role goes well beyond calendar management — we are looking for someone who can anticipate needs, manage complex logistics, and represent the office with professionalism and poise.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel planning, and meeting preparationCoordinate schedules and logistics for senior executives visiting Singapore from other regionsManage communications on behalf of the CEO's office, including correspondence with C-suite executives, government officials, and external partnersPlan and execute high-level meetings, including protocol-sensitive engagements with government officials, board members, and business leadersEnsure flawless execution of travel itineraries, event arrangements, and hospitality logisticsServe as a reliable liaison between the CEO's office and internal/external stakeholders across time zonesMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretionIdeal Candidate ProfileMust-Have5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-suite executives, Managing Directors, or senior partnersEnglish proficiency (spoken and written); additional languages (particularly Mandarin) are a strong plusDemonstrated experience with executive-level protocol and business etiquette — including interaction with CEOs, board members, and senior government officialsExceptional attention to detail — meticulous in planning and execution, with a track record of zero-defect delivery in high-stakes situationsStrong anticipatory thinking — ability to think ahead, foresee potential issues, and proactively address them before they escalateComfortable working in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment with demanding schedulesBased in SingaporeNice-to-HaveExperience working in a family office, private equity/venture capital firm, top-tier investment bank, law firm, or executive search firmExposure to cross-border operations involving multiple countries and culturesExperience supporting executives with high expectations and exacting standardsFamiliarity with setting up or operating within a family office environment in SingaporeWhat We OfferA unique opportunity to work at the center of a dynamic, globally-oriented organizationDirect exposure to C-suite decision-making, international business operations, and high-profile engagementsClear career development path, including potential involvement in the establishment and growth of a family office in SingaporeCompetitive compensation package commensurate with experience
