The position involves managing the CEO’s calendar, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-ups are completed in a timely manner. The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence, draft and review documents, organize travel and accommodation, and process expense reports. This role also includes maintaining confidential records, supporting board and leadership meetings, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and decision-making. The Executive Assistant will proactively anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and help the CEO stay focused on strategic initiatives and key deliverables.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Executive Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including managing office operations and confidential information.Candidates should possess solid Executive Support and Diary Management skills to coordinate calendars, meetings, and stakeholder communications.Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports, including tracking, reconciling, and submitting reimbursements in line with company policies.Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail in drafting emails, presentations, and reports.Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.Candidates should possess proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace) and basic document management practices.Candidates should ideally have prior experience supporting senior executives, preferably in technology, manufacturing, or related industries.Candidates should typically hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field, or have equivalent relevant experience.
