With a current portfolio generating over £45m in annual turnover and ambitious plans for significant growth over the next 3–5 years, the business offers both stability and exciting long-term prospects.Working within a close-knit and collaborative team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Founder’s activities, acting as a trusted partner and key point of coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding high-level, 1:1 executive support to the FounderComplex diary and schedule managementCoordinating domestic and international travel arrangementsProcessing and managing expensesActing as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholdersAttending meetings where required, taking minutes and tracking follow-upsCandidate ProfileMinimum 3+ years’ experience in an EA/PA or similar roleProven ability to support at senior level in a fast-paced environmentHighly organised with exceptional attention to detailDiscreet, reliable, and able to handle confidential informationComfortable working closely with the Founder within a small teamPositive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approachMotivated to grow within an entrepreneurial and evolving businessThe OpportunityThis role will suit an individual who enjoys being at the centre of a business, values trust and collaboration, and is looking for a long-term position where they can make a meaningful impact.
