The company is focused on continued acceleration and expansion, offering opportunities for team members to grow alongside the business.Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The role involves organizing and prioritizing correspondence, maintaining confidential records, drafting and editing documents, and ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for internal and external engagements. The Executive Assistant will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, manage follow-ups and action items, and help streamline workflows to maximize the CEO’s effectiveness. The role also includes supporting special projects, tracking key deadlines, and proactively identifying ways to improve efficiency in the CEO’s daily operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills, including document handling, meeting coordination, and office organization.Candidates should possess solid Executive Support and Diary Management skills to manage calendars, schedule appointments, and prioritize tasks for the CEO.Candidates should possess proficiency in handling Expense Reports and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.High level of discretion, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle multiple priorities.Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent productivity tools); experience with collaboration platforms is an advantage.Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in administration, business, or a related field; prior experience supporting senior leadership is preferred.
