Consultants are graduates of leading universities in the US, UK, and Australia, enabling the team to offer informed, global perspectives on higher education pathways.Role Description The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Yangon. This position is responsible for managing the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel and accommodations. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and reviewing expense reports, coordinating internal and external communications, and maintaining organized records and documentation. The Executive Assistant will also support the CEO in meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and prioritization of tasks, while liaising with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications Strong executive administrative assistance and general administrative assistance skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Experience providing executive support, including handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Proficiency in preparing, tracking, and reconciling expense reports with attention to detail and accuracy.Effective diary management skills, including scheduling, rescheduling, and prioritizing appointments and meetings.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.Comfort with office productivity tools (e.g., email, calendar, spreadsheets, presentation software).Relevant diploma or degree in business, administration, or a related field; prior experience supporting senior leadership is preferred.
