Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

We are seeking a professional and highly organized Secretary to provide confidential administrative and secretarial support.Key Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and executive schedules
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, logistics, and documentation
• Draft, format, and manage professional correspondence and communications
• Maintain accurate and confidential filing systems (digital & physical)
• Prepare agendas, meeting packs, minutes, and follow-up action trackers
• Track deadlines related to Board resolutions, investors, and legal matters
• Coordinate travel arrangements, expenses, and reimbursements
• Support shareholder, regulator, and VIP engagements
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely information flowKey Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in executive secretarial or administrative roles
• Experience in financial services or executive offices preferred
• Excellent English communication (Arabic is an advantage)
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
