It’s a role at the centre of leadership, strategy and execution.We are looking for a highly driven, organised and business-savvy Executive Assistant to the CEO who can operate with maturity, discretion and a strong sense of ownership.The ideal candidate will be someone who can think ahead, anticipate requirements, manage priorities, drive follow-ups and ensure that important decisions translate into action.If you enjoy working closely with leadership, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in getting things done — we would love to hear from you.YOUR ROLEAs the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will work closely with the CEO across strategic, operational and administrative priorities.Your responsibilities will include:Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings, priorities and commitmentsPreparing the CEO for meetings with relevant information, reports and presentationsTracking key decisions, action points and deadlines and ensuring timely closureCoordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on behalf of the CEODriving follow-ups across teams and ensuring accountability for agreed action itemsPreparing MIS, dashboards, presentations, business reports and meeting notesConducting research and preparing insights to support business decisionsSupporting the CEO on strategic projects and special assignmentsCoordinating with internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and maturityManaging confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretionEnsuring seamless communication between the CEO and key stakeholdersAnticipating the CEO’s requirements and proactively addressing them WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORWe are looking for more than someone who can simply manage a calendar.You should be:Highly organised – You know what needs to happen, by when, and who needs to do it.Proactive – You anticipate requirements instead of waiting for instructions.Sharp & detail-oriented – You notice the small things others may miss.Strong in communication – You can communicate confidently with people across all levels.Execution-focused – You don’t just take notes; you make sure things get done.Discreet & trustworthy – You understand the importance of confidentiality when working closely with leadership.Adaptable – You are comfortable when priorities change and can manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.Business-minded – You understand the larger business context and can think beyond routine administrative work.EXPERIENCE & SKILLS3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant / Management Assistant / Executive Office / Business Operations professionalPrior experience working with a CEO, Founder, MD or Senior Leadership will be preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong command of MS Office / Google Workspace, particularly PowerPoint , Google sheets and excelStrong presentation, reporting and documentation skillsExcellent follow-up, coordination and stakeholder-management abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle confidential information with maturity and discretionROLE DETAILSPosition: Executive Assistant to CEOJob Location: JaipurWork Mode: Work from OfficeExperience: 3–7 YearsWorking Days: Monday to SaturdayShift Timings: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PMReporting To: CEOWHY THIS ROLE?This is an opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team, gain exposure to multiple aspects of the business and play a meaningful role in driving execution.You will be at the intersection of people, priorities, decisions and execution — making this an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow beyond a traditional EA role.
